How do I receive money through PayPal?
Receiving money through PayPal is easy! To receive money through PayPal, someone must send a payment to your email address. We'll send a message to that email address to let you know someone has sent you a payment. To receive your payment, you must open a PayPal account and confirm that email address.
If you already have a PayPal account, you'll see the recent activity on your Summary page. Click your transaction to view the details.
As soon as you receive the payment, you can transfer the funds to your bank account. With PayPal Cash account or PayPal Cash Plus account you can keep this money in PayPal and use it to send a payment.

How do I request a payment or send an invoice through PayPal?
You have 3 convenient options to request payments from your friends or customers. It's ok if they don’t have a PayPal account yet; we'll help them sign up for one and guide them through the payment. We’ll email you when your payment request or invoice is paid.
There’s no fee for your to request a payment. You only pay a fee for receiving a payment when your request is paid. When the payment request is paid, the funds are added to your PayPal account balance.
Option 1 - Send an email payment request
What are PayPal Email Payments?
Email Payments allow you to receive payments from anywhere around the world simply by sending a digital request. The recipients will then receive an email that allows them to pay you with credit/debit card, bank account, or their PayPal balance. If the transactions are eligible for Seller Protection, it’ll be reflected in your Transaction Details page.
How to send a payment request?
- Go to Send & Request.
- Click Request from friends or customers.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Continue.
- Review the information and click Request Payment to send a money request.You can request money from more than one person at a time. To do so, just enter their email addresses separated by commas in Step 2 above.
Option 2 - Send an invoice
What is PayPal Invoicing?
Online Invoicing is a free management tool to help you automate your invoicing process. The feature provides an easy-to-use invoice template that can be personalised with details such as your company logo, product descriptions, and invoice ID numbers. They can also be customised with discounts, shipping costs, and the currency you wish to be paid in. You can send the invoice via email or a direct link, immediately or at a scheduled later date. Invoices can also be send to multiple recipients at one go, or on a recurring basis.
How to send an invoice?
- Go to Send & Request.
- Click Create an invoice.
- Enter the required information.
- Click Continue.
- Review the information and click Send Invoice to send an invoice.
Option 3. Share your PayPal.Me link
PayPal.Me is our new, hassle-free way to pay and get paid. You can share your personal PayPal.Me link with anyone via SMS, social media platform or email. Your customers can then click or type your link and send you payments. If their payments meet the eligibility for Buyer Protection, their purchases will also be safeguarded by PayPal. Requirement for a valid procedure
- Proof of purchase – the document handed over to you together with the product, on delivery.
- Original packaging – the manufacturer packaging
- Any free promotional items – gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item
- Valid return reason – please refer to the section below for the details

What happens once I have returned an item?
- We will perform a careful quality check.
- If the claim is valid we will refund you according to your requested refund method.
- The process may take up to 7 days from when your return request was submitted.
- If the claim is invalid the item will be sent back to you.
All items sold on Artisaneers, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 15 days from delivery date.
Example: If I received my product on Monday 5th, I have until next Saturday 19th to contact Customer Service.
NOTE: You have 15 days to notify us of your return by calling Customer Service, from the day you received your purchase.
For defective items, note that you have 15 days to return your product. After this period, we do not accept returns. We advise you to contact the manufacturer if the product has a warranty.
We will make 3 attempts within 3 working days to pick-up the returning item after you submit the return request.
Note that for dropping an item off at any pickup station, we will make 3 attempts in 3 days. You will be contacted to ensure you drop off within the 3 days.
However, after 3 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.
Please ensure that the package of the returning item is in good condition for the return; any package found to be damaged will be rejected by the rider during collection or sent back after quality check is done.We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return. In the case you accept it from the delivery agent, you can still return it within 15 days (with seal not broken).Sorry, returns are not possible after the 15 days return period. For items flagged as “Shipped from Overseas”, returns are only accepted for the below reasons:
